Faith Works Foundation volunteers serving the Charlotte community
Who We Are

Our Story

For nearly two decades, Faith Works Foundation has stood beside Charlotte's most vulnerable families — not just meeting needs, but restoring dignity and building futures.

Our History

Born From a Calling

Faith Works Foundation was established in 2017 in Mecklenburg County with a simple but powerful conviction: that faith without action is incomplete. What began as a small group of volunteers distributing food in Charlotte's underserved neighborhoods has grown into a full-service nonprofit touching thousands of lives each year.

Since 2017, we have served more than 2,400 families — providing emergency food, housing navigation, job readiness training, and wraparound family support. We believe every person carries inherent dignity, and our work is to help families discover and build on their own strength.
